Welcome to Birdly Drawn!

I like birds. It all started when my then-boyfriend-now-husband and I were walking by a pet store in the Village and noticed that the macaws we were watching were watching us.

I'm not a birder by any stretch of the imagination. I just think they're cool... really neat.



This doodle is from last June, but I'm going to start doing more of these little drawings because they're fun and educational. So I'll be studying two things with this blog: birds and drawing. Wish me luck.
