I think I would keel over from surprise and delight if a wild bird landed on my hand, even if I am of two minds about the whole idea. (On the one hand, wild birds should be wild, instinctively wanting not much to do with me. On the other, wouldn't it be cooler than cool to be able to interact with a wild bird in this way?)
The other reason I would keel over: Tufted Titmice don't live where I live -- they're Eastern birds.
