Rynchops niger: Black Skimmer

Odd one, this bird, and I'm not just talking about the angle you're looking at him. Look at that bill: the lower is much longer than the upper, and if you see it from the front, it's kind of blade-like, so the skimmer can drag it at the water's surface to feed.
